Megan matriculated from Rhenish Girls’ High School with 3 distinctions and school colours for hockey, choir and first aid. She then went on to study a BA in Sport Science at Stellenbosch University. After this, Megan completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (with Cum Laude), also at Stellenbosch University. She then went on to live and teach in Budapest, Hungary, for 18 months. Megan is an EL at Genius and is tutoring English, Geography and Afrikaans
