I have been working for Genius since February 2018. I have since done over 900 hours of one-on-one lessons as both a part-time and full-time tutor, become a trainer (where I trained trainees and hosted group training sessions on a weekly basis for all the GIs), and recently embarked on the next step of my journey to become an Education Manager within the company.
In my training I have learned a large array of skills and techniques ranging from improved social interactions, the art of persuasion, dealing with high-value customers, to designing educational programs and leading and guiding our employees as they execute them.
Genius values its employees and their continued growth, development, and improvement in the service that they deliver. It has been my greatest pleasure to be part of the work culture and to learn a set of skills that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
